Despite being a small island, Madeira has many beautiful sites to visit, even if you are not there for the first time.
Ocean front Holiday Villas in the old town of Funchal
Welcome to Funchal Seaside Villas, a family centenary property located ocean front in the old town of Funchal. Our family managed property has three different rental Villas apart from the main house where you can find us from now and then and my father Carlos who will be happy to tell you a bit more of our property and family history.
The property was originally bought by my grandfather Celestino, father of my mother, Isabel. When he chose this side of the city to raise his family many called him crazy for moving into the old town. But as a great businessman he was, he always said that one day this would became the best part of the city. Thank you grandfather Celestino, you made the best choice.
We ́ve named our Villas after the strong women in our family: Irlanda (my grandmother and wife to Celestino); Isabel (my mother) and Eufemia (my mother in law). They have all showed us the best examples and this is our humble tribute to them.

“Luxury Villa with everything you need: nearby sea, beach, infinity pool, banana tree terrace, big house... and in our opinion the best view on the whole island. Eg. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful here. 10-15 minutes walk to Old city restaurant street. This must be one of the best places to stay in Funchal. Not so many places are located next to sea and still have big yard. Great value overall.”
